"Kiss Xoxo" Series.

The Kiss aka Xoxo Painting series were born this summer. Its a slightly new direction for me, it is exciting as the kiss of passion. I work completely free hand with my brushes. No preliminary sketches, no planning, its pre-orchestrated in my mind. The outline of the lips, the movement of the lips, the texture of the lips. 

I love working with massive amount of oil paint, and getting luscious texture on canvas, as a result. The colors gush with vibrance, conveying the love and passion of an intimate kiss. An unforgettable kiss, the kiss of true love, joy and happiness. 

The golden heavy gel acrylics and golden glitter bedazzle the red lips, along with swarovki crystals. Making it so much more unforgettable and striking. Like a burst of emotion. Liquid glass resin coating, frames the lips in glossy coating. I love that the viewer can see their reflection in the lips

Everything happens in the moment, but the mystery of that moment is for the viewer to define. I love hearing people's interpretations of the painting. Everyone finds their own meaning, and that is what is so beautiful to me.
